The Resort is located in Kyarpyan compound in Pyay (Prome) not far from the Ayeyarwaddy river in middle of Myanmar. The Resort is built around the lake of natural spring and the tropical garden. 
All guest rooms are furnished with air-conditioner, attached private bath room with hot and cold shower, television, mini bar, and inter-com system. The restaurant serves Myanmar and Chinese meals and drinks. 
From the resort you can explore the pagodas in Pyay and those along the Ayeyarwaddy river. As well the excursion to the ruins of ancient "Pyu" city (called The-Ye-Khit-Tha-Yar or Sri Ksetra) at Maw Zar village can be arranged. If you are traveling in a car from Yangon to Bagan, this place could be a night stop for relaxation and re-charge.
