Yangon river ferry jetty

You are on a ferry boat jetty on Yangon river. The back ground is southern side of the river: Dala Township where there are villages with paddy fields and fruit and poultry farms as well as a few industries such as ship repair yards. There are many ferry boats between Yangon city and the other side of the river. Yangon is also connected by waterway to Ayeyarwaddy and Bago divisions. The distance from this spot to the sea at the mouth of river down in the south is about 34 km.
