One night on the return hike from Madwe mountain to Putao, we camped on the bank of Madwe creek. We set a small fishing net on the river.
Next morning we got three small fish for breakfast.

The hike to Madwe (to the north of Putao) and Phangranrazi (to north-west of Putao) are hard and strenuous.
There are river crossings, stone hoppings, hike along the creeks,
going up and down many times, and several scramblings. Near the rivers and in low elevations ticks are problems.
When wet leeches would also come.
